Where We Ship

We currently ship orders to addresses within:

  • Washington

  • Oregon

Orders with shipping addresses outside these states will not be processed.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.

  • Orders are not processed on spa closure days.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination (within WA or OR)

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable promotions will be reflected at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days once shipped.

Please note that carrier delays due to weather or other factors are outside our control.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when available from the carrier.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and any supporting details.
