Exchange & Return Window
Requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges or return considerations.
Unopened & Unused Products
Unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging are eligible for:

Store credit
Refund to the original form of payment
(Refunds are only available for unopened products.)
Opened Products & Skin Reactions
Because skincare products are personal and skin sensitivities can vary, we handle reactions with care and fairness.
If you experience a skin reaction or sensitivity after using a product:
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Opened or lightly used products may be eligible for:
Exchange, or
Store credit, at Luscious Skin Spa’s discretion
Refunds are not issued for opened or used products, except where required by law.

Photos of the product and packaging
Confirmation that the product was used as directed

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Products showing excessive use or damage
Products returned outside the 7-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Shipping Regions
Luscious Skin Spa currently sells and processes returns or exchanges for orders shipped within Washington and Oregon.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Right to Refuse Returns
Luscious Skin Spa reserves the right to inspect returned products and to limit or refuse returns in cases of repeated use, misuse, or products that do not meet eligibility requirements.
